1. Who we are

VisionTask AI (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the platform”) operates a website that connects independent workers with paid image description tasks used to support AI training projects. By creating an account, applying, taking the qualification test, or activating a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your application and to update it if your circumstances change.

3. Free application and qualification test

Creating an account, submitting a worker application, and taking the qualification test are always free. We never charge a fee to apply or to be considered for work.

4. Membership

Once you pass the qualification test, continued access to the worker dashboard, paid projects, training resources, progress tracking, and worker support requires an active membership subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at checkout. The membership is not a fee to apply or a fee to be hired. You may cancel your membership at any time from your profile page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

During the initial launch period, billing may be processed manually or through a payment processor that is still being finalized. You will always be told clearly before any charge is actually processed against a payment method you provide.

5. Independent contractor relationship

Workers on VisionTask AI participate as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or partners of the platform. You control your own schedule and are free to work as much or as little as you choose, subject to the availability of tasks.

6. Work quality and payment

Payment is calculated using the rate and methodology shown in your dashboard, which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to review submitted work for quality and to decline payment for descriptions that are copied, generated without genuine effort, or that otherwise fail to meet the posted quality standards.

7. Payouts

Approved earnings are paid out to the PayPal email address on file according to the payout schedule shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your PayPal information accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for payouts sent to an incorrect address you provided.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, offensive, or automatically generated content in place of genuine, careful image descriptions, and not to attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit low quality or fraudulent work, or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
